Role Summary:Manage daily operations of the Data Management team, ensuring high-quality data delivery and adherence to processes.Handle escalations and queries, allocate tasks, and plan resources.Lead and coach team members, while also participating in recruitment and training of new staff.Collaborate on initiatives to innovate and improve processes.
Role Requirements:A Business-related degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.Proven experience leading teams and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Fluency in English and French is required, additional language skills are a plus.Experience in data research, entry, or management is advantageous.Skills in multitasking, coordination, and excellent organizational abilities.Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for being an ambassador for the department.

Job Description
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the local Data Management team (Qualification, the launch of assessed customers, and IQ-related tasks)
- Ensure high quality of the Data delivered and ensure team’s adherence to defined processes and best practice
- Respond to escalations, data and queries from internal and external customers
- Daily task allocation, resource planning and coaching of the Team
- Ensure that individual, team and company objectives (defined SLA and KPIs) are met
- Trigger training requirements of team members and make follow-ups to ensure a good level of expertise
- Be commendable, lead by example and ensure a positive attitude in the team
- Actively participate in the recruitment, training, and coaching of newcomers to ensure a smooth integration
- Participate in and promote collaboration on initiatives and projects to improve on existing process and/or develop new processes in-line with EcoVadis innovation strategies
- Additional responsibilities related to the function as and when required.
Qualifications
- Degree in a Business related discipline (Management, Business, Marketing) or any equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Experience in managing a team or training team members
- High proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Must be fluent in English and French. Proficiency in additional languages would be appreciated
- Experience in data research, data entry or data management will be an advantage
Required skills:
- Understanding of businesses, processes, and organizational structure, previous project/process management experience is preferred
- Able to multitask, coordinate and prioritize duties and tasks
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills, autonomous and self-driven
- Must be a “people person” & a connector. Be seen as an ambassador to other departments.
