We are seeking a Data Analyst to support our regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring and testing. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Crime Compliance, you will identify opportunities for where automated compliance monitoring can be enhanced. You will support strategic projects and interact with multiple teams across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Risk, and more. You will join a team leading continuous improvements and implementing data-driven controls from a financial crime compliance perspective.
Job requirements include comfort with manipulating and interpreting large data sets via SQL or Python/R, technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and a basic level of experience with modern data stack tools (dbt, Snowflake, Looker, Github). You should be pragmatic and structured, creative and proactive, and have a curiosity and attention to detail. Teamwork is also a key requirement.
