Role Summary:

Role Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of professional design experience.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role within the design field.
- Willingness to work from the Sofia office and fluency in English.
- A robust portfolio showcasing multidisciplinary design and UX/UI proficiency.
- Expertise in graphic design, user research, interface design, and user testing.

The role we are offering is for a Design Director - Marketing. This is a multidisciplinary design leadership role with extensive experience in marketing, branding, web UX/UI, and motion design. You and your team will be responsible for creating all of Payhawk’s on-screen and print marketing assets (excluding the design of the Payhawk platform) and elevating our visual designs to create unique and compelling experiences that support our brand goals.
Job requirements include at least 8 years of professional design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. You should be willing to work from our Sofia office and be fluent in English. A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in multidisciplinary design and UX/UI principles is required. Proficiency in graphic design disciplines, user research, interface design, user testing, and incorporating user feedback is also necessary.
