- Define and implement operational merchandising strategies.
- Conduct customer appointments and co-construct merchandising solutions.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of apprentices or interns.
- A BAC + 3/5 degree with at least 2 years of field or headquarter experience in Commerce and/or Marketing.
- Strong customer relationship skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proactivity, adaptability, and the ability to lead project groups.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Coheris, Spaceman, or Planorama tools.

The role - As Operational Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for carrying the merchandising issues and approaches to customers, defining and carrying the merchandising issues (recommendation & co-construction of merchandising issues, store customer appointments, recommendation & resale of merchandising approaches adapted to the stores), ensuring the operational implementation of the merchandising strategy, and recruiting, training and managing an apprentice/intern.
Job requirements - You have a BAC + 3/5 degree and have a minimum of 2 years of field experience or relevant experience at headquarters in Commerce and/or Marketing. You are recognized for having a good customer relationship and are results oriented. You are recognized for your proactivity and your ability to be proactive. Your adaptability and your ability to lead a project group will be real assets for this position. Finally, you master office elements and particularly Excel and Powerpoint. The mastery of Coheris, Spaceman or Planorama tools, and distributor panels is a plus.
