Role Summary:
- Onboard new customers by understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth set-up of Payhawk accounts and integrations.
- Conduct training sessions on Payhawk's system to empower clients.
- Develop tailored project plans for clients to facilitate timely installations and roll-outs.
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders, both external and internal.
- Build and maintain trust with clients throughout the implementation process and beyond.
Role Requirements:
- A minimum of 2+ years in a Customer Success Specialist/Project Manager role within a high growth SaaS environment or a relevant degree for recent graduates.
- Technical proficiency and a comprehensive understanding of SaaS products.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English at native or near-native levels.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Preferred experience in the fintech industry.

The role entails onboarding new customers by understanding their needs and supporting with the proper set-up of their Payhawk’s account, native integrations and training on the system. You will create a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for a timely installation and roll-out while managing different external & internal stakeholders. You will also develop strong relationships with our clients to build trust during the implementation process & afterwards.
Job requirements include 2+ years as a Customer Success Specialist/Project Manager in a high growth SaaS environment or recent graduate with a relevant degree. You should be tech savvy with an ability to fully understand our software. You should have Native/Near native level of both Spanish and English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in a concrete and understandable way is required. Experience in the fintech industry is preferred.
