The Opportunity If you are passionate about the world of travel and want to move into a role focusing on product innovation, then we have a role within our Product team that may be of interest to you. Proving support to our Product and Sales Teams, we are looking for a Product Assistant within our fast growing cruise and ski portfolio to ensure that our product is kept up to date, is relevant and accurate. In addition to effectively communicating our product to the wider business to maximise revenue opportunities and our guest experience. This is the perfect opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking to develop their commercial experience within a leading luxury tour operator and an exciting portfolio of work.
Responsibilities Maintaining the consistency and accuracy of all products within both the cruise and ski portfolio. Responsibility for adding all new products such as hotels, experiences, offers, flights, transfers and uploading offers to our system. Day to day product support of sales team to ensure efficiency and maximise sales opportunities. Producing training, tools and resources such as templates for sales teams. Providing overall support to Product Management. Effective communication with sales teams and the wider business. Working towards the product strategy on larger projects as directed.
About You You will be a commercially astute individual looking to develop or build upon your flourishing career in travel. Naturally, either ski, or cruise, or perhaps both, will be product areas that you are passionate about, and an openness and readiness to learn is essential. Other requirements that will assist in your application include: Excellent attention to detail. Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks. Adaptable, and a fast learner. Collaborative approach. Prior experience in travel, and in product would be advantageous but not essential.
Location We aim to find someone who would be office based in our London, Hammersmith Office.
