About the Role:

As a member of our dynamic team, you will create high-quality, engaging corporate learning materials that support our clients' educational needs. You'll excel in creative design, visual storytelling, and utilising the latest design technologies. Curiosity about AI and proficiency with Articulate RISE software is essential. You’ll report to our Chief Science Officer and collaborate closely with our product team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design Excellence: Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all learning and sales materials.
  • Learning Content Creation: Design and produce engaging materials for adult learners, including live and online courses, webinars, and workshops.
  • Digital Savvy: Use digital design tools and AI to produce contemporary, high-quality content.
  • Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling visual narratives that communicate our brand’s mission and values.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Work with various teams to support corporate learning initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • User-Centric Design: Apply UX design principles to create intuitive and engaging visuals.
  • Feedback Integration: Continuously improve design materials based on feedback and analytics.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate complex concepts into visually appealing designs.

Your Qualities and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in L&D, instructional or creative design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing engaging visual materials.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other digital platforms.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent proofreading, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Curiosity about AI and experience with Articulate RISE software.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach and a willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to get the job done.

Important things to know:

  • Part-time (3 or 4 days per week) or full-time (5 days per week) options available.
  • Based in the UK with hybrid working – 2 days/week in our London office.
  • Brilliant shared office space in Holborn (dog friendly!)
  • Salary: £30-45k pro rata, depending on experience.
  • 25 days annual leave pro rata, plus bank holidays.
  • An additional 3 days annual leave between Christmas and New Year.
  • £250 work-from-home allowance to get set up
