  • Collaborate with founders and senior management to drive customer and commercial outcomes for specific segments.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
  • Deliver on budgets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
  • Lead strategic projects, provide insights, and communicate priorities across the organization.
  • Represent your area both internally and externally, as needed.
  • Proven experience in Strategy, Commercial, Marketing, or Operations.
  • Background in D2C digital business or relevant experience in consultancy, accountancy, or banking.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English and ability to work with minimal supervision.

This will be done by working cross-functionally with a wide range of teams coming up with and then delivering innovative solutions / experiences for customers. What You’ll Do

Working directly with the Founders and closely supporting the senior management team a daily basis, this role will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Driving the customer and commercial outcome for a specific customer segment(s), this role will work closely with ExCo and a range of functional leaders.  Work very closely day to day with Product, Design, Data and Insight, Finance. Commercial, Content, CRM, Marketing and Engineering to understand how the customer segment is performing and how we can better serve the customer and our commercial aims Deliver on budgets and KPIs for the segment(s) Provide the context and create an environment for these functions to come together to innovate and deliver to improve customer and commercial outcomes Understand a wide range of interests and priorities to ensure you can then create plans and prioritise in a way and with a rationale that is understood by everyone Get deeply involved and hands on to support specific projects (where appropriate), leveraging areas of experience / strength  Ensure that the wider Moneybox business understands your priorities and what’s happening in your area and make sure this is aligned to the overall company strategy Work on specific, strategically important projects as required that relate to your area Act as a point person for your area, both within the business, and externally as/when required

Experience and Skills

Experience in a Strategy, Commercial, Marketing, or Operations role with a demonstrable track record of being able to deliver exceptional cross functional performance Experience in D2C digital business likely to be beneficial but not essential, if you are able to demonstrate exceptional delivery focused performance then you may come direct from a broader consultancy, accountancy or banking environment Deeply skilled in bringing together different people/teams with different skills and working towards exceptional outcomes Ability to understand and impact customer and commercial performance; experience delivering against budgets and/or P&L ownership Fantastic stakeholder management; able to bring your team and the whole business with you Fluency in English Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
