Role Summary

The Behavioural Insights Team (BIT) is a social purpose company. We exist to improve people’s lives and communities. We work in partnership with national, regional and local governments, businesses, foundations and charities, to tackle major policy problems, often through testing and implementing simple yet powerful changes.

The role of the Senior HR Advisor will report directly to the Global HR Director and will manage all generalist people related issues during the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding whilst delivering day to day operational HR excellence, and supporting our strategic vision. This role will support line managers and employees in the full generalist remit working in a London based HR team consisting of the Global HR Director, HR Business Partner, Recruitment Business Partner and HR Assistant.

Job requirements include strong communication and stakeholder management, solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment law, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and previous experience in consulting or professional services. Adaptability in a dynamic, evolving environment is also a plus.
