We are seeking a creative, versatile and proactive leader to join us as a Senior Programme Manager (Leaders in Innovation Fellowship) for a fixed term 12-month contract as part of the Enterprise Directorate to lead the LIF.

We are a friendly, collaborative, and enthusiastic team working towards an exciting mission to deliver more sustainable and inclusive future. The successful candidate will manage a team of programme managers to deliver successful programmes including LIF Global, Advance and LIF Community in the UK and internationally. They will work closely with the Head of Enterprise Hub, Global and Director of Enterprise to harness the business development opportunities to diversify income for the programme and amplify the programme impact.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience of designing and delivering entrepreneurship programmes, excellent people management and communications skills coupled with the knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship policy landscape in the UK and internationally. They will be able operate with high degree of autonomy building strong rapport with key partners and stakeholders in the UK and internationally. Background in STEM and experience of working internationally will be advantageous.

Location

Our light, spacious head office is based in a fantastic location in central London with views over St James’s Park and close to the West End. We operate hybrid, flexible working practices with a baseline for office-based working of a mandatory weekly team day plus further days each week as required for the role and the Academy.
