Go City is an exciting company with a vibrant and productive work environment. We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Covent Garden, London. This is a full-time, permanent position, requiring you to be in the office 4 days a week.
The role involves overseeing the colleague and visitor experience, ensuring a friendly and personal experience for anyone coming into the office. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, organising and coordinating office refreshments, stationery, cleaning contracts, maintenance, equipment and general operations. You will also provide admin support as needed, manage all aspects of the office’s space/infrastructure planning, monitor the office budget, coordinate all corporate purchasing, and assist with ad hoc projects, events and travel arrangements.
We are looking for a team player who is highly organised and reliable, with a great attention to detail. You should have clear examples of office management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritise. You should also be proficient in computer systems.
