We’re looking for a Head of Employer Partnerships, a newly created role. The Head of Employer Partnerships is a senior leadership position responsible for driving business growth by expanding our network of employer partnerships, fostering strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our employer partners.

We can offer hugely rewarding work and a welcoming and supportive working environment, with a friendly and informal team who all work remotely.

The role is home-based and you will be based near London to attend client meetings and events. It’s a full-time role over 5 days with a degree of flexibility (to be discussed at interview).

About the role

You’ll spend most of your time providing expert consulting services to employer partners and taking a lead role in business development opportunities. You’ll also be responsible for day-to-day management of a team. 

Global Employer Partner – Consulting Expertise

Build and maintain strong relationships with employer partners to design, develop and grow a wide range of individual and cross-company returner initiatives.

  • providing expert consulting support to organisations
  • presenting at large stakeholder meetings
  • leading on a programme plan for end-to-end support to all stakeholders
  • working closely with the programme manager to prepare and update client materials, including adverts and events
  • maintaining records on our client relationship management system

Business Development – Expanding our Market Presence

·      Identify and pursue new business opportunities and respond to first line client enquiries about Career Returners and our partnership services

·      Develop proposals and presentations to attract and retain clients

·      Represent Career Returners at industry events and conferences

Team Leadership & Business Strategy

·      Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of programme managers

·      Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and excellence

·      Contribute to the development of business strategy and generate innovative ideas

Full training on returner programme expertise will be given and you’ll be eased into your own client portfolio with full support and shadowing opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in delivering global talent management programmes coupled with exemplary client relationship and leadership experience.
