- Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, visual storytelling, design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in content creation and storytelling, particularly with videos.
- Track record of producing high-performing visual content with measurable results.
- Expertise in digital engagement tools and knowledge of current visual design trends.
- Proficient in video production, photo editing, and graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
- Full proficiency in English.

About Rewilding Europe Rewilding Europe is at the forefront of large-scale nature recovery across 10 (soon to be 15) landscapes across Europe. Our mission is to make Europe a wilder place. We have set ambitious targets for demonstrating large-scale rewilding on the ground. From these showcases, we aim to scale up rewilding all over Europe. With a fantastic and diverse team of experts and passionate colleagues from all over Europe (34 fte in the Central Team and around 100 fte in our Landscape Teams), we are committed to driving the rewilding movement forward.
The Role We are seeking a Communications Manager with a focus on visual storytelling to document and highlight Rewilding Europe's field efforts and impact, ensuring our visual stories engage and inspire key audiences across various platforms. This important role emphasises storytelling through multimedia formats - such as video, photography, and other visual content - and the development of a network of talented external content creators to support this.
Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (communications, visual storytelling, design, etc.); • At least 5 years of experience in content creation, storytelling, video productions, or related communications skills; • Proven experience in delivering well-performing (visual) content for a wide variety of applications with measurable outcomes • Proven expertise in using digital tools to maximise engagement; • Knowledge of (online) video and visual design trends; • Skilled in video production, visual content creation , photo editing and knowledge of graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and/or similar. • Full proficiency in English (read, written, and spoken) is required.
