  • Drive CRM initiatives and contribute to Lyst's mission as a CRM Coordinator.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Marketing, to develop large-scale messaging strategies.
  • Create and optimize email and app campaigns that align with Lyst's brand and editorial strategies.
  • Work alongside Editorial, Design, Product & Partner Success teams to support and execute comprehensive strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to drive continual improvement.
  • Construct email content using design system modules, and ensure campaigns meet the highest standards.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Braze and WYSIWYG email editors like Taxi is essential.
  • Data literacy and strong written communication skills are required.
  • Basic image editing capabilities are a plus.

Customer retention is at the heart of Lyst’s mission to become the world’s number one fashion shopping platform, so we are seeking a Coordinator to drive our CRM activities and support our business goals of engaging and retaining an audience of aspiring fashion lovers. Reporting to the CRM Manager, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team of Engineering and Marketing experts to implement effective messaging strategies and tactics at scale.

As CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating & optimising the email and app campaigns for Lyst. Working closely with our Partnership, Brand, Product, Design and Editorial teams, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class email and app campaigns. You have great attention to detail, are proactive, put the customer first, have a good understanding of digital channels and can analyse key metrics across marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end execution of global BAU campaigns across email, push and in-app messages
  • Develop creative content that drives customer engagement and retention, ensuring alignment with Lyst’s editorial content strategy
  • Effectively maintain the email and app content calendar
  • Collaborate with teams across Editorial, Design, Product & Partner Success to support and execute cross-functional strategies
  • Use data to continually assess and improve campaign performance, ensuring effectiveness across all channels
  • Using design system modules, construct email content, sourcing imagery and text, according to the content calendar
  • Work with the CRM team to define and configure the user segments and targeting rules for each campaign
  • Work with CRM developers to define template requirements
  • Ensure campaigns are thoroughly reviewed and approved by relevant stakeholders
  • Deliver highly accurate reports on campaign performance
  • Support the CRM team in optimising triggered behavioural and lifecycle communications
  • Stay in the know on industry insight and trends to fully optimise emails and app messages

Requirements

  • Experience using a CRM platform (e.g Braze)
  • Experience using a WYSIWYG email editor (e.g Taxi)
  • Data literacy
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Basic image editing skills
