Role Summary
- Contribute to the gallery refurbishment of The Rosalinde & Arthur Gilbert Collection as part of the curatorial team.

- Assist in finalising interpretive materials, including labels and multimedia elements for the collection.

The Role We are seeking to appoint a Curator (Maternity Cover) to join The Rosalinde & Arthur Gilbert Collection and support its extensive galleries refurbishment. This is a 9 month position, with possibility of an extension. The appointed candidate will be part of the Gilbert Collection curatorial team and contribute to all various tasks of the project, especially the preparations for object installation in the new galleries. Responsibilities will include liaising with all V&A teams for conservation, photography, mount making, case design and manufacturing. The candidate will contribute to finalising all aspects of interpretation (labels and other multimedia). In short, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a capital project which will enhance the long-term development of the V&A and the Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Collections.
