The role involves supporting the sales team. You will be responsible for developing sales arguments for the sales force in collaboration with internal services (innovations, brands, specific FDV objectives, promo, anti-competition, brochures, etc.). You will also manage the integration of new arrivals within the FDV: coordination with internal services, Regional Managers and presentation during integration sessions. You will also be responsible for training new arrivals on our markets/products, and the merchandising approach.

Job requirements include a degree from a business or engineering school, a minimum of 2 years of commercial experience or a similar position as a sector manager in the world of distribution (GMS). You should have excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to adapt your speech to your different interlocutors, headquarters and field. You should also have a keen analytical and synthesis mind, be comfortable with numbers and the analysis of dashboards and also perfectly master the office pack. Autonomy, adaptability and pedagogy will be key qualities for success in the position.
