Founded in 2019, by 3 hugely motivated entrepreneurs whose mission was clear - business should be a force for good. And by good we mean; we consider people and planet as well as profit. We are very proud to be a certified B Corp! 

We currently manage 400,000 sqft of hospitality focused co-working, event, and exclusive Clubspaces for over 5000 members. Operating across the UK, we have sites in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes with ambitious plans to launch more in 2025 (and beyond!)

The bit about you:

As Head of Membership Sales, you will be instrumental in creating and driving the membership sales strategy for our newest Clubspace offering, which opens in Clapham’s iconic Arding & Hobbs building mid next year. The role will then grow into wider Membership and co-working sales across the x+why Group.

Highly commercial, you can apply your successful B2C track record within the private members club industry, to clearly identify and engage with prospective members, ensuring they experience a thoughtful and bespoke membership journey.

Your approach is intuitive and collaborative – we are looking for an ambassador who will proudly represent our brand and values and central to this is your communication style.

You build authentic relationships naturally and with ease, everyone you interact with feels a little bit happier having spent time with you. Managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders is what you do best.

Previous experience in a similar role ensures you can provide the business with clarity and focus regarding membership sales processes and initiatives, from networking, lead generation and social media content to CRM oversight. 

You are a lateral thinker and can clearly demonstrate how you would harness your creative side when exploring potential membership acquisition opportunities. 

A renowned self-starter, the opportunity to play an integral role in the pre-launch stage of our newest Clubspace is incredibly appealing.
