We are looking for a motivated and empathetic individual to join our Hair Specialist team at Manual. We are a healthcare company that delivers healthcare at scale thanks to our comprehensive digital clinic. Our ambition is to extend the healthy years of lives for a large part of the population in the UK, Brazil, and beyond focusing on life-impeding conditions like hormonal imbalance, obesity and hair loss.
The role entails consulting with customers via phone call about their treatment plans, answering questions and guiding them towards suitable alternatives. You will be assisting customers throughout their hair loss medication journey by tracking progress, regular consultations and addressing any concerns they may be experiencing. You will also be working closely with customer care and the clinician team to update treatment plans and gain further understanding of hair loss medications.
Job requirements include excellent communication skills, high level of empathy and strong interpersonal skills. It would be nice to have previous experience in health, wellness, hospital, or customer-facing roles. You should have the ability to think on your feet and solve problems on the move. You should be proactive and energetic, taking the initiative and enjoying working in a fast paced environment.
