About the team

The Operations team is responsible for the execution and success of our D2C member experience and B2B supply chain. This team covers all backend operations from order to results delivery for our food products and home testing kits; and retail product supply chain. This includes inventory & fulfilment, vendor management & performance, and testing data analysis. We bridge the gap between member expectations and lived experience. Our team is innovative, driven and passionate about ZOE’s mission to improve the health of millions.

Complete assigned tasks with accuracy, closely following instructions and timelines while maintaining high standards. Take pride in personal deliverables, ensuring that each order is handled with quality and care. Escalate issues proactively and propose simple, thoughtful solutions to keep operations running smoothly. Use performance metrics to gauge progress, working with managers and team members to understand key metrics that drive success. Engage in basic data analysis to identify process improvements and help create a better experience for our customers. Regularly ask questions to deepen your understanding of fulfillment metrics and the “why” behind our processes. Practice active listening, empathy, and teamwork with colleagues, appreciating the diverse perspectives and ideas each person brings. Ask thoughtful questions and provide input to improve team processes and solve common issues. Seek and offer feedback to learn and grow in your role, contributing to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture. Support the wider Ops team with ad hoc tasks related to the wider supply chain and results pipeline

High school diploma or equivalent. No prior experience required; experience in warehousing or fulfillment is a plus. Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Motivation to continuously improve and develop within the role.

Hiring Process

Hiring Manager Screen (45 minutes): This interview will focus on your work experience, skills, and how they apply to the specific tasks and responsibilities of the Fulfilment Associate role. The Hiring Manager will also discuss your approach to problem-solving and your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Skills-Based Interview (45 minutes): This interview will focus on assess your technical skills and experience related to the role. Behavioural Interview (45 minutes): This interview follows a behavioural approach, focusing on how you’ve demonstrated key competencies in past roles. We’ll explore your alignment with our company values, culture, and mission, discussing how you approach challenges and work with others to achieve results.
