- Lead the management and expansion of City to Sea’s partnerships and funding sources, ensuring sustainable revenue.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders to further our mission of preventing single-use plastic pollution.
- Be the primary contact for partners, conducting regular meetings and ensuring commitments are fulfilled.
- Work towards income generation targets by nurturing existing relationships with national partners.
- Proven experience in income generation and partnership management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage income and expenditure.
- A passion for environmental causes and a commitment to the organization’s goals.

This is an income generation role responsible for maintaining existing partnerships & funders, renewing agreements and growing key portfolios.
Collaboration is key to City to Sea’s success in achieving our mission to ‘prevent single-use plastic pollution at source’ – partnerships play a crucial role in the way we do this, expanding our reach, engagement and impact.
The role will manage and grow City to Sea’s partners and funders to achieve sustainable and repeatable income, deliver our mutual aims and build strong, healthy and ocean-positive relationships.
Your scope and responsibility will be:
- manging income & expenditure across portfolio, with support from Head of Partnerships & Public Affairs.
- the main point of contact for your partners & funders, leading regular status calls / meetings externally ensuring deliverables are met.
- You will have an income generation target, which will primarily focus on maintaining your existing portfolio of national partners
