Role Summary:Conduct property viewings across London, showcasing features and amenities to prospective renters.Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the rental journey, ensuring renters find their perfect home.Collaborate with Account Management and Operations teams to enhance property operations and marketing efforts.Maintain precise records and manage data within our CRM system.Embody and advocate Home Made's core values of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.

At Home Made, we're seeking enthusiastic graduates with a talent for sales and a fresh perspective. If you're ready to explore the vibrant city of London whilst guiding our potential tenants to their dream home, then you're the one we're looking for!

Salary: £50,000 OTE

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm or 9am-7pm. This role also involves a bi-weekly Saturday.

Location:  The position requires daily travel across London – we're all about eco-friendly options, and our teams utilise public transport for traveling (no driving license required!)

Start Date:Please note that all hiring is currently for start dates in 2025.

  • Viewings: Guide prospective renters through properties across London, highlighting unique features and local amenities, with personalised recommendations.

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to renters throughout the viewing process, helping them find their ideal home.

  • Collaboration: Work with our Account Management and Operations teams to optimise property operations and contribute to marketing initiatives.

  • Data Management: Keep accurate records and regularly update our CRM system.

  • Culture Champion: Uphold and promote Home Made's values of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centricity.
