- You’re a storyteller. You translate content strategy into engaging stories people want to watch and listen to. You have a strong grasp of communicating a narrative, pacing, effective visuals, as well as using music and sound to drive engagement amongst different audiences.
- You get social content. You know all the nuances and differences between each social platform so that you can create content that will engage different audiences. You have experience of doing this for your personal channels, or another brand. So when you read GaryVee’s latest book you were vehemently nodding along.
- Creative is your personality type. You have impeccable taste and a keen eye for detail. And you’re a creative through and through. Colour, photography, typography, attention-grabbing copy, film, art, you name it. It’s just in your DNA. You love developing visuals and video across digital & social channels. And you really appreciate the power of a strong brand.
- You have a curious mind. You question things. You understand that nothing is static, and everything develops and changes. You dare to try new things, fail and try again. You don’t ever want to be behind. You want to be ahead.
- Customer-centric: You know the customer, understand the audience, and get that people are overwhelmed and bombarded with messages and marketing. You know how to create content for a number of different audiences and you can take us through examples of when you’ve done this before.

Our story
You’ll get a lot from looking at our website and Instagram. But, in summary, we’re a team of (90%) women, led by a female founder, and we’ve been around since 2013. We were doing luxury, high-quality health supplements way before the market exploded. We’re famous for the best omega-3, and we also have insanely good collagen and vitamin D. We’re all about women’s health, so if that’s not your thing, you’d probably struggle to fit in. We don’t have investors. We don’t plan to sell. We have huge dreams, and we’re going places. We’re stocked in the likes of Selfridges, Whole Foods and Planet Organic, but our core business is D2C. That’s because we love having a relationship with our customers (that’s where you come in).
What we offer you
- This is a unique opportunity to learn quickly in an environment that will support you while giving you the freedom to shape your role and your career development, while shaping the future of the business as part of the team. Your success is our success. We’ll give you development opportunities to learn and get promoted.
- You can work from home up to 3 days a week. The other 2 days will be spent in our office in the lovely South Lanes area of Brighton. Outside of that, you can use the office as much (or as little) as you like.
- Your core office hours would be 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
- We run a discretionary bonus scheme. We reward people for their hard work, performance and contribution to business growth.
- You’ll get 20 days of holiday and 8 bank holiday days. We also give you your birthday off and we close between Christmas and New Year.
- We’ll contribute 3% to your pension.
- We want you to reap the benefits of our products, so you’ll get free products for personal use.
- The chance to work with an awesome, hard-working team that wants to enjoy work and each other's company. Mental health and work-life balance are taken as seriously as they should be. We’re a young group, very sociable (lots of opportunities to socialise plus fab summer and Christmas parties), and we genuinely care about each other.
The interview process
- If we think you'll be a good fit for the role, we'll arrange an initial 30 minute call to find out more about your experience and, importantly, if you're a fit for the role. We'll also give you the chance to ask a few questions, too. After this first call we'll make a decision to take you to the next stage. We get a huge number of applications and do lots of first stage interviews – please don't take it personally if we don't take you beyond this point.
- The second interview will be an in person interview with the hiring manager and founder. We'll ask you to complete a task to present at this interview.
- If you're successful, the final interview will be another interview with a few other key members of our team.
