What will you be doing?
We are seeking additional Trustees to diversify our Board and help us to grow our potential into 2025 and beyond. We welcome those with lived experience of mental health difficulties and who are creative and capable of sharing their resilience with our charity. We particularly welcome those with Marketing, Publicity and Fundraising backgrounds to take on various roles within our team. We have roles in Marketing, Publicity, Fundraising and Project Management which will support the Founder Trustee in the running of the charity and expanding our reach to new Members, Funders and other Stakeholders. We have a Hub in Watton and centrally at Carrow House on King Street, Norwich.
What are we looking for?
Communication and Marketing - Skills such as event management, public relations, marketing strategy, social media marketing. Creative Services - Film and video production, photography, illustration. Digital and IT - website development Finance - Financial Management Fundraising and Bid Writing Experience Project Management We are seeking potential Trustees who can offer enthusiasm for our aims as a charity and an understanding and experience of the systemic issues facing those with mental health difficulties.
What difference will you make?
We are seeking potential Trustees who have some experience working or being a Trustee in any charity or mental health setting to support our work around strategy, fundraising and project management. We welcome help around supporting us to maintain the achievement of our purpose to provide positive opportunities for our Members to access education, training and employment which improves their mental health and develops their creative abilities. Your lived experience, skills and talents will inform this process to help us to challenge the stigma of mental health and to promote peer led initiatives, promoting social and economic justice
