The role of Product Marketing Associate (Contract):
Career Track and level: IC1
The Product Marketing Associate will provide essential support to our Learning Projects Lead and Product Marketing team. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to explore multiple elements of a Product role within a rapidly growing tech for good organisation.
This is a 6 month contract anticipated to start in January 2025.
Meet the team:
Your line Manager will be the Head of Product Marketing (Charles) and you’ll also work very closely with Glean’s Learning Project Lead (Sammy). The Product Marketing team further includes three Product Marketing Managers (Flic, Sam and Eve).

What you’ll be doing:
Product Marketing Support:
- Managing incoming queries and requests from various teams
- Creating marketing materials based on specific briefs
- Delivering effective communications to customers and users
- Conducting thorough desk research to inform our strategies
Learning Projects Support:
- Providing administrative support, such as scheduling meetings and coordinating with stakeholders
- Executing key project tasks like user testing, marketing activities, and data analysis
Other Product Support:
- Contributing to various product-related tasks as needed
About you:
Essential:

- Excellent communication
- Experience working to deadlines
- Diligent with a high attention to detail
Bonus / Nice to have:
- 1+ years of experience in a Marketing or Project Management role
💰Salary and benefits:
£30,000 - £36,000 dependent upon experience

🏢 Location:
We have a beautiful office space in Leeds and we love it when we get together to collaborate in person. We typically operate a hybrid way of working, however some of our roles support remote working within the UK, if you live more than 50 miles from the office.
