As a B2B Sales Administrator you will join a small, high impact team of people who are passionate about harnessing the power of commerce to create positive social change.
A highly rewarding role supporting our Client Impact Directors to win new clients and new business at existing clients, you will enable us to support more vulnerable children.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional client service and increasing sales at existing clients through account management processes including account administration, communicating social impact, monitoring sales, preparing decks for additional services and supporting completion of client projects.
- Taking new leads through the customer journey, including analysing and managing CRM data, preparing proposals and supporting the Client Impact Directors to arrange pitches, onboarding new clients, including assisting with their due diligence process and launch communications.

- Incredible attention to detail, in numerical and written work
- Experience in preparing written presentations and using a design tool to create exceptional quality, customer-centric pitch documents
- Familiarity with analysing and reporting CRM data to maximise conversion rates
- A highly professional manner to represent From Babies with Love when liaising with clients and other stakeholders A positive, innovative, and solution-based attitude with the desire to experience new challenges
- An interest in how business can be a force for good and create positive social change.
This role is well suited to someone who would like flexible work, this position can be remote, office based or a mixture, and is designed to be for a minimum of 25 hours per week up to full time (35 hours per week). As well as the number of hours, there is flexibility in the time they are worked.
