We are Seismic, a fast-growing sustainability advisory working to enable businesses to prosper by being a force for good. We are driven by our passion to help to fix our planet and inspire society to change for the better. We are a growing team of Seismic Changemakers, and we are seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive forward and support the next phase of impact and business growth.

The role will be at the heart of our high growth business, supporting our co-founders, Heads of Departments and Consultants with business development opportunities. Lead management and nurturing will be key activities of the role, qualifying our inbound leads, determining the right next step to help our prospects. This includes activating digital campaigns helping to activate our webinars and events. You will support our new client deals, undertaking pricing and creating proposals, taking meaningful and valuable notes, to meet our clients' varying and specialist requirements, guided by our expert consulting team.

To be successful in this role you would need to be passionate about sustainability and have knowledge of the corporate sustainability market. You are focused on your personal development and keep to progress in a commercial and/or advisory role in your future. You are a practical “doer”, you are organised, and you push yourself and others. Learning and Development is important to you have a growth mindset. You are confident and comfortable in C Suite and Heads of Sustainability settings. A minimum 2 years' pre-sales or consultative management experience, and a passion for creating high quality client communications is required.
