- Provide exceptional IT support to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Manage incidents and user inquiries, ensuring swift resolution of technical issues.
- Handle requests for new starters/leavers and application access.
- Offer first-line support for on-site and remote technical problems.
- Efficiently manage and prioritize support tickets.
- Conduct documentation and user training for enhanced IT processes.
- Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
- Expertise in G-Suite, JIRA & Confluence, Microsoft Active Directory, and SSO (e.g., Okta).
- Familiarity with central management tools (e.g., Jamf Pro, PDQ, MS InTune).
- Skilled in audio-visual support and meeting room management.
- Proficient in Windows 11 and macOS deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to build, image, and configure systems to business specifications.
- Knowledge of security tools like Netskope is an advantage.

The role of the Service Desk Engineer involves providing excellent customer service to colleagues and key stakeholders, incident management, addressing user inquiries and technical issues, request management for new starter/leavers and application request, providing IT support and systems administration, being the first point of contact for on site or remote support technical issues, managing and prioritising support tickets, and documentation/user training.
We are looking for someone who is professionally experienced in a similar support role, with demonstrable skills in G-Suite administration, JIRA & Confluence administration/development, knowledgeable of Microsoft Active Directory as well as Okta or other SSO, experienced with centralised management tools/Endpoint management (e.g. Jamf Pro, PDQ or similar, MS InTune and Autopilot), proficient with printing services, audio visual support and meeting room management, adept in Windows 11 and macOS deployment, configuration, patching and troubleshooting, competent in building/imaging and configuring equipment and systems to business specifications, and knowledge of security tools like Netskope.
