Role Summary

Role Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a copywriter.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a balance of creativity and strategy.
- Experience in creating tone-of-voice guidelines and editorial standards.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in health, particularly women’s health, wellness or patient-facing industry is preferred.

The role: We’re looking for a skilled and versatile Mid-level Copywriter to help us craft strategic and impactful copy that educates, informs and nurtures our patients. You’ll write primarily for our Menopause Care brand, playing a critical role in shaping the brand voice, creating exceptional content across the full patient journey, and making sure our messaging is clear, consistent and aligned with our overall strategy.
Job requirements: +4 years of experience in-house or agency side. Proven experience as a copywriter, content writer or similar role. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a knack for balancing creativity and strategy. Strong understanding of our patient experiences and how to tailor messaging to different stages of the funnel. Experience building and refining tone-of-voice guidelines and editorial standards. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once. A passion for storytelling and creating patient-centric content. Ability to use data and user research to inform strategy and copy Experience working in health (especially women’s health) , wellness or a patient-facing industry is ideal.
