We are seeking a high-performing sales leader to drive our wholesale growth, profitability, and industry influence. You will shape strategy, secure high-value partnerships, and lead a dynamic sales team, ensuring we remain the go-to coffee supplier for the UK’s best hospitality brands.
The role entails driving wholesale growth through strategic business development and key account management. You will own and build relationships with top-tier hospitality, QSR, and retail clients. You will also lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team. Your role will be to ensure Origin is the first choice for premium coffee partnerships. You will also analyse market trends, sales data, and competitor activity to refine strategy.
Job requirements include proven experience in senior sales leadership (ideally in speciality coffee or premium F&B). You should have a strong network and commercial mindset to drive partnerships and revenue. A track record of closing high-value contracts and scaling accounts is required. Leadership skills to build and develop a high-impact team are also necessary. A passion for speciality coffee and industry innovation is a must.
