Ready-To-Drink Production Manager

Origin Coffee is looking for a Ready-To-Drink (RTD) Manager to lead the charge in our Cold Brew Brewery. This brand-new role is an incredible opportunity to shape and launch our ready-to-drink speciality coffee range's strategy, development, and success. As our RTD Production Manager, you’ll take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from innovation and development to commercial strategy and market positioning. You’ll ensure our Cold Brew range and Nespresso compatible pods are exceptional in quality and a standout success in the market. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up. You will be responsible for overseeing RTD brewing, canning, and capsule production, ensuring all products meet quality and efficiency targets. You will manage the end-to-end production process, including brewing, extraction, filling, sealing, and packaging. You will also ensure scalability of production operations to support business growth. You will need experience in RTD production, brewing, canning, or similar industries, ideally from a brewery or FMCG manufacturing environment. You should have strong operational leadership skills, managing production at scale. Hands-on production expertise, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in brewing, canning, and capsule filling is also required.
