The Role As the Logistics & Fulfilment Manager, you will oversee warehouse, dispatch, and fulfilment operations across multiple sites, ensuring fast, accurate, and efficient order processing. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies would be highly advantageous for driving efficiency and continuous improvement in logistics and fulfilment operations. Operational expertise, with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions to improve efficiency. Proven leadership skills, managing teams in fast-paced logistics or fulfilment environments. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock management, and fulfilment processes. Understanding of courier partnerships, inventory control systems, and process automation. Ability to problem-solve operational challenges, improve efficiency, and implement logistics strategies. Comfortable with data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvements. A full UK driving license and the ability to travel between sites as required.

Benefits The opportunity to work with a passionate and creative team shaping the future of speciality coffee. A dynamic and collaborative work environment where your expertise is valued. The chance to scale and optimise a growing production operation. Competitive salary and benefits.
