- Lead cross-functional teams across technical, commercial, brand, and operational areas.
- Oversee programme finances and resources to maximise efficiency and impact.
What you’ll need
- A proven track record of managing large, complex programmes.
- Strong digital programme delivery experience, across web, mobile, system integrations, and analytics - making digital transformation look effortless.
- Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams with ability to empower and deliver results in complex, dynamic environments.
- Experience leading teams to deliver consumer-facing products and features.
- Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies, and the ability to switch gears seamlessly to keep projects flying forward with precision and flair.
- Confidence managing budgets, resources, and risks across multiple projects, with an eye for efficient resource utilisation.
- The ability to build and nurture relationships across senior leadership, external partners, and internal teams - influencing like a pro and driving outcomes.
- Adaptable, turning challenges into opportunities and keeping teams motivated even when the pressure's on.
- The ability to see the big picture, developing long-term strategies that align programme goals with broader business objectives.
- APMP, PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Role type: Permanent
Location: London hub (at least once per month and additionally as business needs require, recognising the importance of in-person collaboration and relationship building) & your home space
