Learning, Community and The World Around Us are our three main career pillars. Our school is hybrid online/offline, with local chapters and career retreats in inspiring hotspots (we just announced Lisbon, Marrakech and Venice).

As we grow, we want to recruit a Community & Travel Manager (starting May 2025). This unique role can be based in London, Paris, Lisbon and/or anywhere +/- 2 hours. It is the beating heart of the Sunny Future community:

• Welcome and onboard new members
• Build community systems and endless resources
• Host our Monday global energizers
• Run daily ‘Ask Us Anything’ office hours
• Curate incredible industry masterminds
• Manage student cohorts and alumni relations
• Organize city meetups
• Sync with universities and communities
• Plan memorable retreats and workations
• Engage our global network of partners
• Delight our community with everyday care

About you:

• A ray of sunshine
• Mega organized
• 4+ years in HR, recruiting, education and/or events
• Well traveled, culturally agile and multilingual
• Familiar with learning platforms (Circle) and AI tools
• Passionate about the future of careers
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Able to take nuanced perspectives on world issues
