This is a generalist marketing role, working across multiple marketing channels including communications, events, digital social and PR. The Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering on strategic and tactical initiatives to build brand awareness and attract/support funding partners and portfolio charities.
This role will require a sound understanding of the marketing mix and practical, hands-on experience working across different marketing channels. You will work closely with the Chief Executive, Programme Team and Partnerships Team as well as maintaining relationships with Trustees, external partners and media contacts. The role will report to the Head of Programmes and Impact.
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude are a must for this role. We’re the only venture philanthropy fund in the UK dedicated to small charities, so this is a unique opportunity requiring an original and creative approach to align with The Fore’s industry-leading model.
You will be the main marketing team member working with stakeholders inside and outside the charity, but you will have access to a senior marketing mentor who leads the marketing department at a firm we partner with.

The Fore is a small team of 10 employees so your contributions will make a big impact. We’re a warm, friendly and collaborative bunch who balance hard work with fun, connecting over lunches together and enjoying team socials.
