Yoga Instructor / Surf Guide Couple who can cook

We are looking for a motivated down to earth couple to help at our beautiful family run eco lodge, Todo Bien Nicaragua! Ideally for the remainder of the high season (till the end of April / May) but potentially longer (up to 6 months) if it works well for both parties.

One of you will be a qualified yoga instructor and the other a surfer. The surfer doesn't necessarily have to be qualified but has to be at least intermediate level and happy to guide others who are learning to surf.

As a couple you need to be comfortable to plan and cook dinner for between 2 - 10 people 5 nights a week.

When we have guests your typical day would be:

7am Yoga and coffee

730am -930am Breakfast

930am -6pm Free time / mixed small jobs

6-630pm Prepping for dinner

730pm Dinner served (you will eat with the guests)

After breakfast and until dinner is generally your free time - 2-3 times a week you will need to go into town (30 min drive) to get supplies for dinner and breakfast. You may also need to help clean some cabanas or rooms in the main house if we are full. We have a cleaner who takes care of this normally so this role will be minimal. There also may be times where you can help our caretakers with small jobs around the property. We have two full time caretakers so this will also be minimal.

During the day the surf guide will be required to take guests surfing around the best tide at the time. This will vary as some guests will be happy to do their own thing so it will vary during the stay.

Dinners are served Sunday till Thursday with breakfast every day.

Dinner will be basic meals with a different style each night of the week i.e chicken, meat, vegetarian, fish, pork (not necessarily in that order). On Friday and Saturday night dinner isn't included in their stay but there is an option to sell a BBQ plate or Pizza from our Pizza oven if enough people are interested. Dinner is served family style by the pool and you will eat with them.

Breakfasts each morning consists of 2 eggs with toast and two small seasonal sides depending on what you can find plus a fruit bowl and tea or coffee. Breakfast is served as and when the guests are ready (within the breakfast hours) but you aren't required to eat with them.

Some guests don't have a meal plan included in their stay so there may be some times when you won't be required to cook. During these short periods we may get you to help around the property.

You will stay in the main house in a small double room with shared toilet and bathroom. You will eat breakfast and dinner with the guests who are on meal plans with the food we provide. When we don't have guests on meal plans you can cook your own food. You will have free use of all guest amenities and use of our truck when you need to do provisioning runs to San Juan.
