This role is to start in the new year, January 2023. Candidates must be actively enrolled in a University in the Netherlands and be able to commit to working full time with us here at Otrium during the 6 month internship. These conditions are not able to be compromised, so please only apply if this is something you can fulfil.
Your impact
As a Customer Experience Intern, you will be part of the Training & Quality team, which is responsible for all training-related activities of the Customer Service Agents, their qualitative performance, and the management of the internal and external content.
Your responsibilities
- Assisting with training-related projects, such as improving the current onboarding program and setting up new training sessions.
- Helping to improve the qualitative performance of our customer service by expanding the current coaching program.
- Picking up content requests, related to the FAQ, Internal Knowledge Base, training materials, and email templates.
- Supporting with payment related tasks too on an adhoc basis i.e. failed payments
- Assisting with the organisation of team culture-related activities, such as our quarterly team event.
You are
- Eligible and available for a 6-month internship, 40 hours per week
- You need to be enrolled in a Dutch university during all time of the internship
- Studying Communication, Marketing, International Relations, or another relevant subject
- Interested in the customer experience area
- Great communication in English. Speaking other languages is a plus.
