Role Summary:

The Role
As Partner Acquisition Manager, you will be joining our Partner Acquisition Squad. Its mission is to ensure that Lyst has the best assortment for fashion lovers globally.
Reporting to the Partner Acquisition Director, you will be responsible for progressing our pipeline of affiliate prospects in our core regions. Working with a pipeline of key retailers in the US and UK, you will tailor your sales approach to clearly communicate Lyst’s benefits, functionality and features, resolving concerns, negotiating terms and getting partners to a ‘yes’. Entrepreneurial and highly driven, you will be accountable for achieving targets set by senior management and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements
- Entrepreneurial and ability to work with and be responsive to retailers in different time zones
- Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and target-motivated
- Ability to pick up new concepts quickly and explain them clearly to others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
- Ability to understand data and make decisions accordingly
- Experience in an affiliate network or agency, or managing affiliate marketing performance for a retailer
- Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and dynamic start-up environment
- An understanding of the fashion industry preferred

- Our Ways of Working: We come into the office between 2-4 days a week and we're always in on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
