Content and Marketing Lead Role
We are seeking a talented Content and Marketing Lead to oversee and drive marketing across HÁM Interiors and Studio HÁM. This role requires full ownership of content strategy, digital marketing, CRM management, campaign execution, social media management, lead generation and audience engagement to support brand growth in the UK and USA.
The ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional with a strong writing background and an ability to shape and communicate our brand identity effectively. You should be skilled in crafting compelling content that attracts, engages, and retains customers while executing targeted marketing campaigns. Staying ahead of emerging digital trends and marketing innovations will be key to success in this role.
Key Goals Across the Brands
- HÁM Interiors – Strengthen brand presence, audience growth, and client outreach in the UK and USA.
- Studio HÁM – Increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales in the UK and USA.
Responsibilities
- Lead content marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and retention (Klaviyo experience beneficial).
- Manage social media channels, developing engaging content to grow our audience and reach.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels, ensuring measurable impact.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring a consistent visual identity and messaging across all channels.
- Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely content delivery.
- Produce and execute effective email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Optimise content for SEO, track performance, and analyse engagement metrics using Google Analytics.
- Maintain a strong online presence by strategically distributing content across multiple platforms.
- Gather customer insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance engagement.
- Monitor and analyse web traffic and engagement metrics to optimise strategies.
- Engage with customers across social media platforms.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience in social media, content creation, and marketing management or in a similar role
- Strong expertise in CRM management, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Klaviyo experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of web publishing, SEO best practices, and digital marketing trends.
- Expertise in social media strategy, audience engagement, and performance analytics.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills in English.
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
