Solutions & Implementation Lead

Omnea is a fast-growing Series A B2B business in Europe, backed by tier-1 VCs like Accel, First Round, & Point Nine. We are revolutionizing the way businesses make purchases, making the process faster and more efficient. Our platform handles the entire purchasing process, giving employees an easy place to make requests and managing the necessary approvals for the purchase to be made. We are currently looking for an exceptional Solutions & Implementation Lead to join our customer team.

As a Solutions & Implementation Lead, you will own the deployment of the Omnea platform and key strategic modules, features & integrations. You will advise on the optimal solutions for our customers that deliver meaningful value and drive the implementation process acting as an extension of the customer’s team. You will become a product expert and be the voice of the customer internally, working closely with teams across the business to ensure we are truly operating with Customer Centricity at our core.

Job requirements include 4-6 years of experience in a top-tier & fast-paced environment, experience in a client-facing role, a track record of exceptional performance, tech-savviness, and the ability to build rapport & meaningful relationships. You should be hard-working, ambitious, great at managing projects, and entrepreneurial. You should also be an outstanding communicator and highly organised.

We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices. We're commercial, ambitious and we don't pretend otherwise!
