Role Summary
- The Foundervine Greenhouse Programme is a year-long graduate scheme focused on developing professionals in Business Development and Programme Operations.
- Participants gain exposure in areas like Startups, Business Development, and Experts Management, equipping them to master various components of our ecosystem.
Role Requirements
- Candidates should have the right to work in Ghana and should have graduated from related disciplines.
- Availability from April 2025 to April 2026 is a must.
- Strong English communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and proficiency in Google Suite and other productivity tools like Monday.com, Asana, and Notion are required.

The Role The Foundervine Greenhouse Programme is a 12-month graduate scheme designed to cultivate the next generation of professionals in Business Development and Programme Operations. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured learning, you’ll gain the expertise needed to thrive in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment. This rotational programme offers exposure across Startups, Business Development, PMO, and Experts Management, equipping you with the skills to navigate key areas of our ecosystem.
Job Requirements To apply, you must: Have the legal right to work in Ghana. Be a recent graduate from disciplines related to Business Development, Sales, Marketing, HR, Project Management, Psychology, E-commerce, Data Analytics, and similar fields Be available to work for 12 months from April 2025 to April 2026 Be a natural communicator, fluent in English, with strong verbal and written skills Be an enthusiastic learner with a positive, can-do attitude Have proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.). Have good knowledge of productivity tools such as Monday.com, Asana, and Notion.
