Role Summary

The role - ITP Coordinator (Legacy Projects) This post will co-ordinate the management of legacy (further engagement) projects as well as support the delivery of the annual programme. The post-holder will need to be aware of Museum strategy, work across the organisation, and engage with the wider museum sector (UK/international). Key areas of responsibility include managing the ITP legacy projects, coordinating support, resources, and reporting across all ITP legacy activities, monitoring and reporting on all ITP legacy spend, maintaining budgets, creating, developing, and delivering digital engagement for ITP legacy projects, and supporting the delivery of the ITP annual programme.

Job requirements The ideal candidate should have a BA or similar in a relevant area, experience of working on complex projects and programmes with input from both UK and foreign institutions, proven social skills including active listening, conflict resolution, and building relationships, awareness of cultural and political issues in international museum relations, and good computer skills (Word, WordPress, Excel, Photoshop, Powerpoint & social media platforms).
