As a CITO Tech, play a critical role within our IT Operation Team, focusing on endpoints and networks, and reporting directly to the Rwanda IT Operations Administrator in Rubengera, Rwanda.
Role Responsibilities:
- Resolve Tier 2 Technical incidents and service requests within Service level agreements.
- Improve ticket documentation and ensure compliance with endpoint and network processes.
- Execute detailed procedures for troubleshooting hardware, software, and user errors.
Role Requirements:
- 3 - 6 months of experience in IT related fields.
- Understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) Tools, Windows and Android OS, and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
- Foundational networking skills.
You will be provided with a reasonable stipend, and assistance in locating suitable housing for rural area-based fellows.

The Role The CITO Tech will be in charge of technical service provider within the CITO team focusing on endpoints and networks. You will be a part of our IT Operation Team and will report directly to Rwanda IT Operations Administrator. This role is based in Rubengera / Rwanda.
Responsibilities Resolve up to Tier 2 Technical (endpoints and networks) incidents and service requests within Service level agreements. Help improve ticket documentation by logging essential details in the system. Comply to endpoints (laptop and tablets) and networks processes. Follow detailed procedures for troubleshooting hardware, software, and user errors.

Benefits Interns will be provided with a reasonable stipend for the duration of their contract. Rural area based fellows will be provided assistance in locating suitable housing.
