Role Summary
- Manage and source 8-12 candidate pipelines
- Oversee application screenings and the selection process from application to hire
- Store and analyse application data using our Applicant Tracking System
- Maintain outstanding communication with candidates and provide exceptional support
- Create and implement improvement strategies in recruitment systems
Role Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Passion for people and data
- Excellent English communication skills
- A demonstrated track record in project management
- A deep commitment to providing exceptional service to job candidates and hiring managers

About One Acre Fund Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund supplies 1 million smallholder farmers with the agricultural services they need to make their farms more productive. Our 7,000+ team is drawn from diverse backgrounds and professions. With operations across six core countries in Africa, we make farmers more prosperous by providing quality farm supplies on credit, delivered within walking distance of farmers' homes, and agricultural training to improve harvests. On average, our farmers harvest 50 percent more food after working with One Acre Fund.
The Role The Rwanda Recruitment Specialist position supports our global recruitment team in attracting talent to One Acre Fund. We are looking for a professional with at least 2+ years of experience who is passionate about people and data and enjoys building relationships. Successful candidates will be excited to deliver for our hiring managers and candidates alike.
Responsibilities As a Rwanda Recruitment Specialist, you will: Manage and source for 8-12 candidate pipelines: You will manage multiple roles that can include hundreds of candidates at any given time, each deserving a positive candidate experience. Application screening: Oversee candidate screening and selection process from application to hire. Candidate database management: Using our Applicant Tracking System to track applications and analyze data to improve processes. Candidate Communication and Support: The Rwanda Recruitment Specialist will provide excellent customer service to all candidates and enjoy winning in the details. Project/Process Improvements: You will create change and improvement strategies in our recruitment systems utilizing data to achieve results.
Job requirements You can write in clear and impeccable English. You care deeply about providing great service to One Acre Fund job candidates and hiring managers. You have a project management track record - you've seen complex projects to completion. You sincerely enjoy working with people from lots of different backgrounds.
