The role entails working with boutique getaways to some of the world’s most famous ultra-luxury resorts, our Oceans & Islands portfolio forms some of the most desirable places on earth to log some beach time. This encompasses destinations as diverse as the classic Caribbean, impossibly turquoise waters of the Maldives, the sheer natural wonder of the Seychelles or the peaceful sanctuary of Oman. As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will act as the main point of contact for our guests. You will be provided with all the tools to succeed including hand-in-glove support from a dedicated sales support consultant who assists across the guest-journey.

Job requirements include excellent product knowledge for immediate sales area but also within all areas of the Scott Dunn portfolio. You should be sales driven with a keen eye for numbers, have an enthusiastic and polite telephone manner, excellent attention to detail, proven organisational skills and proven experience delivering exceptional customer service.
