We rehome a small number of stray dogs and cats to suitable homes in Scotland. We make the public aware of the plight of the Romanian Stays and what life is like for them on the streets, and how they find themselves there. We offer lifelong support to each adopter to ensure they have all the help they need whether coming direct from us or with our help to contact a suitable professional such as behaviourist. We organise and will continue to organise neutering campaigns locally in Romania to help further reduce the number of unwanted strays. We plan to introduce an education programme for children, whereby they can learn about basic care of both domestic pets and other animals they would likely come into contact with in everyday life. This is a long term project. We have set up and continue to build a permanent shelter for the dogs and cats in Romania.
