B Lab UK is the home of the B Corp movement, a community of over 2,000 UK businesses who meet high standards of social and environmental performance, legal accountability, and transparency. Our goal is to transform our economy so that all businesses can be a force for good.

They exist to build a global community of Certified B Corporations and to make it easier for all businesses to be a force for good. Why is this important? Because our current economic system is broken, it values profits over people and planet. B Lab are on a mission to change that, and we think it’s a pretty important mission, and one that would be pretty fun to be part of. They are a fully remote organisation that invest in their team’s personal and professional development, living wages, and a unique approach to psychological safety called 'Radical Openness’.
