Our programme has been deliberately designed to create long term behavioural change by bringing together business professionals and underrepresented young people (Future Leaders) to learn together.
Professionals and Future Leaders learn together as equals to develop their listening, communication and empathy skills. It’s a uniquely effective way to help businesses build an inclusive culture while giving talented young people the skills they need to succeed, achieve their goals and become inclusive leaders themselves.
