Circl offers an inclusive leadership development programme focusing on using coaching skills to enable powerful conversations and build more inclusive leaders capable of leading diverse teams. Our programme has been deliberately designed to create long term behavioural change by bringing together business professionals and underrepresented young people (Future Leaders) to learn together.

Professionals and Future Leaders learn together as equals to develop their listening, communication and empathy skills. It’s a uniquely effective way to help businesses build an inclusive culture while giving talented young people the skills they need to succeed, achieve their goals and become inclusive leaders themselves.

We’ve already done amazing work with the likes of Facebook, O2, eBay, McKinsey, Trustpilot, Google, Hello Fresh, and Innocent.

    With it being a small team, we have the opportunity to learn a lot about the roles that we have so that we can work together. If we have questions about a certain process, or a "why" question, we are encouraged to work together to teach and learn.

    There's a high value in ensuring we are being as thoughtful and inclusive as possible. If we bring up a concern or voice a thought, it's met with thoughtfulness and consideration to ensure everyone our programme touches has a safe space.

    Circl has great trust in their teams ability to get the work done and also imposes a flexible Friday, where there are no internal meetings and reduced expectations around hours

    Overall

    I just think it's great to work in the social impact space where what you do is always helping someone else.
