📣 Mission & Purpose
I was quite excited to join DAME as I've always wanted to be part of a team who works for the greater good and makes a difference. The big focus on sustainability, accessibility and acceptability have really caught my eye, and it's been amazing to learn more about the products, the sustainable alternatives, the impact of disposables, and how periods are seen within the society.
👩👧👧 Team members
The team members are great fun! Everyone works for the same purpose and is very ambicious about what we do and where we want the business to be, and there's loads of laughter. We have regular catch ups with each other, monthly meetings to discuss the past month's achievements and challenges, and to come up with a plan for the coming months. All in all, I'm very happy to be part of such a great team and looking forward to the future!
