DEx helps children aged 0 - 12 living in Greater London with Down syndrome (DS). We enable children to maximise their potential by delivering crucial customised early intervention services. Our innovative methodologies are designed to work with the specific DS learning profile and are not provided by the state in any London Borough. We also assist desperate families by providing peer support, socialising opportunities, support for siblings and vital information and contacts. Children with DS fundamentally need help to communicate and develop life-skills - without special training aligned to their learning profile they will not achieve but with it they exceed all expectations and can work towards some independence and employability.
