Home-Start Northampton

Home-Start Northampton (HSN) is a registered charity, founded in 1982, to support the care, safety and upbringing of children from struggling and vulnerable families. We work with 70 families and 100+ children each year offering 1-1 volunteer-led support at home and through family group sessions, to reduce parental and family isolation and tackle disadvantage. For 40 years HSN has helped families with children to overcome, often multiple, challenges they are facing. We also support parents by demonstrating the key role they have to play in their child’s development, in order to give their child the best start in life, strengthen their family unit and build family resilience.
